Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • We pack and ship orders within 24–48 hours of purchase using the best available carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to get your popcorn adventure on the road as quickly as possible.
  • Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, your order will head out on the next business day.
  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you place multiple orders going to the same address, we may combine them into one shipment—less packaging, more popcorn goodness.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the total product cost and weight of your order after any discounts, coupons, or promotions are applied.


Returns & Replacements


Because we ship fresh, ready-to-enjoy snacks, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Please reach out to us at orders@jaspens.com, and we’ll make it right.
